Since 9/11, Homeland Security requires cameras at the lift stations, water treatment plants, etc. He didn't get in there, above ground, without being on camera. I still stand by the crime scene/dumped body being elsewhere and with the tropical storm flooding, he was washed into the system. Manhole covers do come up during flooding. Depending on how decomposed, he may have been washed in pretty easily.

As I understand now the body ended up in the open manhole on the mount in the field and eventually made it to the Lift station well.

The manhole he was found is gated with a lock. I still think there is foul play. Some are saying he may have floated into the lift station. Which i cant see happening cause i personally flew my drone from Roddfield and williams all the way to the cottages of where he last took his photo. I have 6k autel drone footage of that flight. Which i have turned over. People saying alberto flooding may have pushed his body. If that was the case i would have to have seen his body on the outside little drainage ditch is. There is only stagnate water there with probably only a few inches at max during dry. After a rain out it fills up. There are 2 man holes outaide of the liftstation area that is accessible. Where his body was found was inside a gated with barbwire fence and locked. Also authorities also said they looked there a few times during their searches for caleb.

I have always noticed that when it is 2/3 of a body then the authorities usually refer to it as a BODY FOUND, but if it is just parts then they refer to it as REMAINS, so I was thinking like Gray, that it would be PARTS that were found due to the words that were used.

Just my thoughts: It sounds like he was put in the pump lift well by someone who had access via a key. The person who wrote that statement at least with their scenario, the key wasn't given back is pretty telling. I hope LE has already retained a list of all the employees who were let go or quit in the last year. After learning all the info you've put out on this case, it has helped a lot with forming a better theory. I think this case will be solved soon by process of elimination unless someone got a key from someone else. Regardless, whether if it's Caleb or not, which I believe it is, I hope they catch the monster who did this. Thanks Gray.

It's so hard to tell what might have happened. I mean, people walk while looking at their phones all the time, oblivious to anything except what's on the screen. But the hookup seems likely to be more of a setup under these circumstances.

Has to be someone familiar with the treatment plant if he was put in there. I would assume anyway.

Do you think Ethan was killed first? They were up and then Xana then M and K( she was a surprise)? Or do you think he was stalking the whole house after he became obsessed with Maddie?

I thought someone said the storm water system was entirely separate from the sewer system, but then we also keep saying Alberto raised the flow/ level in the sewer system thus allowing the remains to be swept downstream to the lift station? Are they connected or not?

He absolutley might have fallen in, this actually happens often. And he abzolutlry coukd have met with foul play. Honestly who knows. But until there is acrual evidence if foul play i would suggest that it is more likely based on iccams razor that he fell in. But who knoes and actual evidence will tell one way or another.

Manhole covers aren’t left off by mistake, they are stolen for scrap metal. Taking them from a field is easier than from a busy street area!
